In addition to riding and teaching, I have been a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2004. My passion is historic properties and equestrian estates, however, I do deal with everything in between.

A Little History...

As we know, in late 2006, the market really started to take a down turn for the Real Estate business. I had to come up with some new ways to help generate income. I graduated with Honors in Economics from Radford University in 2003 and I knew I would always have my degree to fall back on should I choose to... However, I really didn't want to. What horse person wants a 9-5 desk job?:/ So, I began slowly taking on students here and there, basically so the 4 legged beasts could pay for themselves... Within a couple years, here and there turned into a full fledged lesson program. Growing my own businesses has been wonderfully rewarding and I take great pride in both teaching and selling Real Estate. When buying or selling farms, historic properties, and land, it is absolutely imperative you have a seasoned professional representing you. Please feel free to call on me for any of your Real Estate needs.
